Information you send us

You can contact EasyPatch directly: the buttons on this site open your own email app, phone dialer, or messaging app, and you choose what to send. We also plan to offer website chat and AI-powered interactions (such as chatbot agents, voice agents, virtual receptionist functions, intake agents, lead qualification, appointment and scheduling assistance, customer support, follow-up agents, and AI assistants). These systems may be available now or added in the future.

When you, your representative, or your business voluntarily interacts with any of these systems, EasyPatch may collect and process information you provide or that is generated through the interaction. Examples can include your name, business or company name, job role, email address, phone number, business needs, project requirements, service interests, scheduling information, support requests, intake answers, messages, chat content, call audio where applicable, call or chat transcripts, summaries, interaction metadata, and other information you voluntarily provide for the purpose of evaluating, establishing, supporting, administering, or maintaining a business relationship or providing requested services.

Please do not provide passwords, authentication credentials, payment-card or banking information, Social Security or government ID numbers, protected health or medical information, or other highly sensitive or regulated information through web chat, AI agents, voice agents, or initial intake unless EasyPatch specifically requests it through an appropriate secure method.

AI and automated systems

EasyPatch may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to handle or assist with inbound and outbound interactions. These systems can process, analyze, transcribe, summarize, categorize, route, or extract information from conversations to respond to inquiries, qualify and route leads, conduct business-client intake, schedule or prepare appointments, provide customer support, follow up, prepare internal records or summaries, improve workflow efficiency, maintain continuity of a business conversation, and support delivery of services.

An interaction may be handled or assisted by an AI system rather than a human. EasyPatch personnel may review AI output where appropriate. AI systems are not infallible and are not fully autonomous; they operate under EasyPatch's direction and within the scope of the services being provided.

EasyPatch does not intentionally collect biometric identifiers such as voiceprints or facial recognition data through these systems. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated.

Why we collect it

What you send us is used to read, understand, and respond to your message, to follow up about the work you asked about, and to operate the AI-assisted and automated systems described above. It is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising, and it is not used to build a marketing profile.

Website measurement

We measure a small amount of aggregate website activity so we can tell which pages are useful. Measurement runs on our own servers, sets no cookie, and creates no advertising identifier or cross-site profile. There is no session recording, no heatmapping, and no advertising or remarketing pixel on this site.

Each measurement record contains only the page path, the type of interaction, and the service area of the page. It never contains your name, email address, phone number, company, or message text.

Technical and log information

Like any website, requests to this site pass through our hosting and network provider, which processes standard technical information such as IP address, user agent, and request time in order to deliver pages, apply security protections, and prevent abuse. We do not use that information to identify individual visitors, and we do not maintain our own visitor database.

Service providers

We use hosting, network, communications, and technology providers to serve the website, protect it from abuse, and operate AI voice, web chat, communications, transcription, scheduling, infrastructure, workflow automation, CRM or business systems, email, telephone, SMS, and related technology. These providers receive only what is reasonably necessary to perform their functions. Information may be transmitted to and processed by such providers as necessary to provide those functions.

EasyPatch seeks to limit provider processing to what is needed to provide the relevant service. Providers process information according to their contractual role and applicable terms. EasyPatch does not sell personal information and does not use interaction information for third-party targeted advertising unless practices change and this policy is updated.

Retention

Messages and interaction records are kept for as long as needed to respond, to maintain a record of the conversation, to document a prospective or existing business relationship, to support requested services, proposals, communications, security, legal obligations, and ordinary business and recordkeeping needs, after which they are deleted or de-identified when appropriate. Aggregate measurement records are short-lived and are not tied to an individual.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS and applies a strict content security policy. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please use the guidance above and avoid sending sensitive information in a first message or through chat, AI, or voice agents unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure method.

Your choices

You can reach us by email, phone, or text, whichever you prefer. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including information collected through AI systems or business intake, and we will honor reasonable requests unless we are required to keep a record.

Children

This website is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website collects or uses information, including adding or changing AI systems or service providers, we will update this page to describe what actually happens.
